Service Description
Incorporating yoga and mobility exercises can enhance flexibility and strength for golf. The session will target hip flexibility, spinal rotation, and core strength to help improve your swing and overall performance on the golf course.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Please cancel within 12 hours MINIMUM of any private lessons. No-shows will not be refunded or credited for any missed services. Repeated no-shows to booked private lessons may jeopardize eligibility for booking private lessons with any staff in the future.
