Service Description
Did you know a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep? During this session, you will get comfortable lying down with a pillow for support. You will listen to calming music while following the prompts of my voice in a guided meditation. This meditation is effective in reducing anxiety and stress. You will follow natural and guided breathing patterns to deeply relax your mind and body to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by guided meditation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Please cancel within 12 hours MINIMUM of any private lessons. No-shows will not be refunded or credited for any missed services. Repeated no-shows to booked private lessons may jeopardize eligibility for booking private lessons with any staff in the future.
